Classic Rum Punch
2 oz rum
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz orange juice
1 oz lime juice
0.5 oz grenadine syrup
Shake all ingredients (except grenadine) with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass. Float grenadine on top and garnish with an orange slice and cherry.
Passion Gin Fizz
2 oz gin
1 oz passionfruit juice
0.5 oz lime juice
0.5 oz simple syrup
soda water
Shake gin, passionfruit juice, lime juice, and simple syrup with ice. Strain into an ice-filled glass and top with sore water. Garnish with a lime wheel.

2 oz rum
0.5 oz lime juice
1 oz mango puree
0.5 oz simple syrup
fresh mint leaves
soda water
Muddle mint leaves with lime juice and simple syrup in a glass. Add rum, mango puree, and ice. Top with soda water and stir gently.
