Farmers Only All-Inclusive Barnyard Party
Dubbed one of the largest local food-themed events in Antigua and Barbuda, the farmers-themed event takes place on Mother’s Day during Restaurant Week and is a display of farm-to-table experiences, local food, music, and entertainment.
Multicourse Korean dinner with wine pairings
Four-time James Beard Award semifinalist and finalist, and Food & Wine Best New Chef Angel Barreto of Anju in Washington, DC will prepare a four-course Korean dinner at Carlisle Bay’s East restaurant. Sommelier Nadine Brown will pair wines with each course, while Baretto will add a signature item to East’s menu, which will be available during the month of May.

Roti master class at Loose Cannon beach bar’s School of Cooking
Chef and cookbook author Althea Brown, based in Aurora, Colorado, and originally from Guyana, will host an intimate cooking class at Loose Cannon, with cocktails that cover the history of roti, how it came to the Caribbean, and differences in preparation throughout the region. A copy of Brown’s cookbook, Caribbean Paleo, will be included with each ticket.
